What’s INHABIT?
It is a soulful support group for cultivating healthy habits; a creative community circle for passionate practice; a cheerleading squad meets dance party all aimed to help you connect to your soul, re-awaken your unique gifts and fully inhabit your life.
This 10-week program helps you find your way back to your purpose, your strengths, and to the place inside of you where you are most alive. It helps you meet yourself. You will explore what you value in life, what you’re good at and what it is you want to contribute to the world. And: you do not have to do this alone. You will meet others who are also on this journey and engage with them in a way that allows for everyone to feel supported and energized.

We meet every other Friday at 3PM CET for the full group sessions. You will meet with your small support circle on the Friday in between.

The sessions are interactive and participatory, so we hope you can be there in real-time. All these sessions will be recorded and made available, if you have to miss one.

The sessions will be on Zoom. The sessions will be in English. There will be an automated live transcript available during the sessions and the full transcripts will be shared afterwards.
As the sessions are interactive, you are invited to have your video on and participate in breakout conversations. You might be invited to speak in plenary; of course, you can always decline.
You can find more content and spaces to connect with each other on Mighty Networks. Mighty Networks is a social networking platform where you can post text, audio, images, videos, or links and these can be viewed in a ‘feed’ similar to Facebook. Mighty Networks also allows for self-organizing where people can create their own groups and determine their own rules of engagement inside these groups.

Amis Agung Boersma is your guide
on this journey. She is an experienced coach and facilitator. She believes change can only be achieved if we start within. She is also convinced that all meetings can and should be magical and has designed this program from that philosophy.
